Engineer I (Software Engineer) [#SH-0128]

Duties:

• Design and develop software-based internal-use tools (such as CRM Solutions, Web Applications, Sales Analytics, AI Outreach Systems, Business Intelligence Tools, Commission Management, Publisher Support, and Fraud Detection) to support the company’s sales and business development manager teams.
• Develop reports for assessing sales team performance, and for use in assessing potential sites for outreach.
• Design and develop tools to streamline outreach, follow-ups, and the sales pipeline.
• Design and develop tools to estimate sales targets, calculate commissions and perform payments.
• Develop tools for contract and promotion management for the sales team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• Employer will accept 4 years of experience in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, or a related field in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• Work experience to include:
  • Coding fundamentals with at least one of the following languages: Golang, Python, JavaScript, C++, Java, Ruby, or C#.
  • Web development (AJAX, HTML, and CSS), using one of the following frameworks or languages: Javascript, PHP, React, VueJS, Angular, NodeJS, or JQuery.
  • Working with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
• Candidates must pass a practical programming test and a take-home project.
• 40 hrs./wk.
• Salary: $146,328 to $147,328/yr.
