Trust & Safety
Child Safety at Ezoic
Ezoic stands with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and works to keep child sexual abuse material (CSAM) off the open web.
Our partnership with NCMEC
Ezoic reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, the U.S. clearinghouse for online child sexual abuse material. NCMEC's CyberTipline directly supports the FBI, Homeland Security, and state and local law enforcement in investigating and prosecuting these crimes. We support that mission without reservation.
What we report
As an advertising and content platform serving a large network of independent publishers and creator tools, we are obligated to act when we encounter CSAM. We file CyberTipline reports in two situations:
- CSAM identified on websites in our network. When our trust-and-safety review surfaces apparent CSAM on a publisher property, we remove the publisher, preserve evidence consistent with U.S. reporting law, and submit a report to NCMEC.
- Misuse of our creative tools. When users attempt to generate CSAM through Ezoic-built products — including Flickify, our text- and image-to-video tool — the request is blocked, the account is locked, and the attempt is reported.
We do not publish identifying details about reports or reporters. NCMEC publishes aggregate Electronic Service Provider statistics each year in their CyberTipline data.
Reporting CSAM to Ezoic
If you believe you have encountered CSAM on a site served by Ezoic, or content generated through Ezoic technology, contact us immediately at privacy@ezoic.com with the URL and a brief description. We review every report. You can also report directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.
