What's new

Ezoic is introducing Revenue Dashboards, a new way for publishers to build and share analytics dashboards with internal stakeholders. The feature is currently accessible via a link at the top of Big Data Analytics (BDA), and runs on its own product at revdash.com.

For larger publisher organizations, ad ops teams are often asked to demonstrate impact to leadership, sales, or other internal teams. Revenue Dashboards is built specifically for that: a way to package Ezoic performance data into a report that "looks good" and can be shared, presented, or left running on a monitor in the office.

What you can do with it

  • Build multi-tab dashboards — organize different views (e.g. by site, by stakeholder, by metric) into a single shareable dashboard with multiple tabs.
  • Pull in saved BDA reports and data tables — reuse the reporting work already done in Big Data Analytics rather than rebuilding it from scratch.
  • Start from premade templates — Revenue Dashboards ships with templates aimed at different stakeholders, plus a library of easy-to-drop-in widgets, so publishers don't have to start from a blank page.
  • Brand it as your own — a dedicated Branding section lets a publisher set a default logo, primary/accent colors, and font as a "brand kit." New dashboards pick up these defaults automatically, and branding can still be overridden per dashboard.
  • Host it your way — dashboards can be shared on revdash.com, on a publisher's own subdomain, or on a fully custom domain.
  • Control who can view it — the platform includes dashboard-level authentication options (including hosted Google and Microsoft sign-in, and Enterprise SAML for SSO providers like Okta, Auth0, and Azure AD), so internal reports can be restricted to the right audience per dashboard.

Where it fits

Revenue Dashboards builds directly on top of Big Data Analytics (BDA), Ezoic's existing reporting layer — rather than introducing a new data source, it gives publishers a presentation layer for the reports and data tables they already build in BDA, aimed at an internal, non-technical audience.

It also reflects a broader pattern in ad tech and publishing: as ad operations get more complex, publishers and ad ops teams increasingly need to communicate revenue performance clearly to stakeholders who aren't in the data every day — executives, sales teams, or clients. White-labeled, purpose-built reporting (branded, templated, and access-controlled) is a common response to that need across the industry, and Revenue Dashboards brings that capability natively into the Ezoic platform.

Availability

Revenue Dashboards is live now, accessible via a link at the top of BDA. Ezoic notes this entry point is likely to move to a more prominent home as the product matures — for now, publishers can find it there or by going directly to revdash.com.
