EZOIC EMPOWERS MAY 2023 MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on May 1, 2023 at 9 a.m Pacific Time (“PT”) through May 31, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. PT, go to http://ezoic.com/ezoic-empowers (“Website”) and follow the on-screen entry instructions. To enter, you must (i) have an Ezoic account (if you do not have an Ezoic account, you can join at https://www.ezoic.com/join-ezoic/) and (ii) share to “social media” using the hashtag #EzoicEmpowers, any of the following: your Ezoic earnings, favorite report from Big Data Analytics (BDA), one of your quarterly or annual highlights, an Ezoic badge, a custom milestone, or a goal you've achieved.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States, D.C. and the United Kingdom, 21 years of age and older as of the start date of the sweepstakes, except for employees of Sponsor, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same households. Void where prohibited.
4. DRAWING: For the Grand Prize Winners, two random drawings will be conducted on or about June 10, 2023, by Sponsor to select the winners from among all eligible entries received.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Sponsor harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
6. PRIZES: The Grand Prize Winners will each receive a Content Refined package, which consists of a 5,000 word content package with an approximate retail value of $500.
7. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California.
