In addition, we also offer company-wide challenges, and the reward is company swag and a donation to charity! Just like with PTO, we also encourage you to take time off as needed to volunteer.

The Office
The Office
Ezoic has an awesome office that overlooks the Palomar Airport with tons of amenities! We have a game room with pool, ping pong, pinball machines, various arcade games, and multiple gaming systems. We also have a gym with a Peloton bike, on-site showers, and other various gym equipment. Our office also has fully stocked kitchens with snacks, beverages, coffee, beer, and kombucha on tap. As a way to meet other people in other departments, we also offer catered lunch twice a week. Did we mention we also have a dog friendly office?

Meet The Hiring Team
How long have you been with Ezoic?
A little over two years.
Has your role changed since you’ve been here?
Yes! I started on our Publisher Success Support team. I eventually led our US team, and then recently took on the role of recruiting for our sales team.
What did you do before this?
I was a teacher!
Why did you come to Ezoic?
I remember being in my job search and seeing the lime green logo and being intrigued. After doing some research and learning about the industry and the product, I was very interested in learning more about the customer-facing roles they offered. Once I interviewed and toured the office, I was sold!
What’s your favorite part about working at Ezoic?
My favorite part is the culture. We definitely work hard so that we can relax and have fun together. I have met some of the smartest people ever since working here, and it’s amazing to see how everyone comes from very different walks of life!

Why did you come to Ezoic?
I wanted to work for a fast paced, tech startup. I felt that Ezoic was the perfect place to start my professional career.

Promoted to Senior Business Development Manager!
What did you do before this?
Sr. Account Executive for Healthcare Tech Startup in LA. But started from the bottom as an SDR.
Why did you come to Ezoic?
I grew up in San Diego and knew I wanted out of LA. My cousin, Mason was telling me about the product high-level over a holiday gathering in 2019. I thought it was brilliant and believed that the company would be a success.
What’s your favorite part about working at Ezoic?
Tough… So I’ll give two. Being surrounded by a highly intelligent, hardworking team, that I genuinely enjoy being around and seeing the growth and curiosity of some of the younger reps just starting out their professional careers.

I worked at a life insurance company in the commissions department.

I had the opportunity to build something and take ownership of a long term project while helping my own underserved people.

What did you do before this?
I studied Finance at USD and came to Ezoic right out of college!
Why did you come to Ezoic?
I knew I didn’t want to go the corporate route. At Ezoic, even though we’re 200+ employees, it’s still a startup culture where you have the opportunity to make a real difference and help grow the company!
What’s your favorite part about working at Ezoic?
Hybrid work situations are the best of both worlds. I also love hanging out with my coworkers in the office and outside of the office 🙂

Sr. Business Development Manager
How long have you been with Ezoic?
Since February 2018 – four years already!
Has your role changed since you’ve been here?
Yes! I started at Ezoic as a Business Development Manager. I soon after began taking on tasks related to new hire onboarding, specifically with creating the training schedules and planning the sessions. After doing this for a year and a half, I moved into a hybrid role as a Senior Business Development Manager and the new hire onboarding manager, where I managed all new hires on the sales team for their first 3 months. I was in this hybrid role for another year before I moved into a team lead role, managing a team of both tenured reps and new hires. Today I am still in the team lead role, where I thrive helping my team grow and reach their full potential!
What did you do before this?
I graduated from USD in May 2017, then moved to Sydney, Australia for 6 months where I worked as an au pair and traveled on the weekends. Once I returned to the US, I shortly after discovered Ezoic, and the rest is history!
Why did you come to Ezoic?
I’ve always thrived in small group settings, so I knew a start up would be more fitting for me than a large corporation. From there, I began to narrow down my job search. I ultimately chose to work for Ezoic because of the people I met during the interview process who I knew were extremely smart and who I could already see myself working well with and learning a ton from. I also liked that I would have both a team to collaborate with as well as a lot of autonomy in the role, which for me, as a self-starter and team player, was something I was looking for. On top of this, I was pretty wowed by the level of tech innovation here at Ezoic, which has never ceased to amaze me even 4 years later.
What’s your favorite part about working at Ezoic?
In-office culture, can bring my dog to work, office lunches Mon/Weds, cold brew and kombucha on tap, fresh fruit delivered weekly, finding similar hobbies with my coworkers and hanging out outside of work.

4 years.
Has your role changed since you’ve been here?
I started on the Sales team in the Business Development role, and my roles evolved as the team grew rapidly. In my third / final year in sales, I was on the Key Accounts team and worked with our enterprise level / VIP clients. At the beginning of 2021, I transitioned off sales, and I now lead Corporate Social Responsibility at Ezoic.
What did you do before this?
I worked at a nonprofit in Ghana, the City of Refuge Ministries. I worked on their business program that focuses on empowering single mothers, C.O.R.E. (City of Refuge Empowerment)
Why did you come to Ezoic?
I wanted to join an innovative, forward-thinking, fast-moving startup in San Diego that I could grow with, and I knew quickly Ezoic was a place to be. The dog-friendly office perk didn’t hurt either 🙂
What’s your favorite part about working at Ezoic?
I love working at a company where employees genuinely care and take ownership over Ezoic’s long term success. It fosters an environment where everyone is encouraged to think bigger and be innovative, regardless of tenure or experience. The amount you can learn within 1 year at Ezoic simply by taking initiative and diving in is incredible to experience.

Has your role changed since you’ve been here?
Yes – I was hired in February of 2015 as Business Development Rep (employee 15-20). Became a Pod lead in 2017; Mariah was my first team member. 2020 became a full sales manager and led the smaller key accounts team. 2021 transitioned to more of a Sales Leader (still have the sales manager title) but now I co-lead the largest of the 3 sales teams in Carlsbad sales with Mariah.

What did you do before this?
I have extensive experience in curating unique digital strategies with a focus on increasing user acquisition and engagement resulting in digital revenue growth. I am the Head of Global Publisher Success at Ezoic, a leader in the digital advertising community. I have an M.B.A from The University of Redlands and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University San Marcos.
Why did you come to Ezoic?
I joined Ezoic based on a referral from a previous colleague. Upon meeting various team members, It became clear to me that Ezoic was a special place to work, and the collective company was on a mission to build an amazing company that focused on its people and products to support the greater publisher ecosystem.
What’s your favorite part about working at Ezoic?
I could go on and on listing the things I love about working at Ezoic, but what stands out to me is freedom for team members to take ownership of their roles and to build careers that are impactful and meaningful to them.
