Ezoic evolved right here in Carlsbad. Our new campus was freshly built for our business and features a large and bright open-office layout with a view of the local airport landing strip and the ocean. Members of our team sit in small teams within their department and enjoy multi-monitor displays, adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, and access to state-of-the-art resources and technology.

Our office is equipped with a workout room containing weights, hang board, punching bag, Peloton bike, and showers. The gym is attached to our game room, which includes a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey table, Big Buck Hunter, and a row of comfortable gaming chairs in front of two televisions connected to multiple gaming systems.

We also enjoy a stocked kitchen with snacks, local coffee, and an assortment of beverages on-tap. We have catered lunches, outdoor seating, rooftop access, and like when people bring their dogs to work. Within a few miles of the office are over 25 restaurants, more than 15 craft breweries, the ocean, and a climbing gym, so we are neither hungry, thirsty, or bored.

While most employees live in nearby neighborhoods and cities like Carlsbad, Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Leucadia, Solana Beach, or Encinitas, others commute from Del Mar, Pacific Beach, and Mission Beach. Since the weather is pretty mild year-round, you can spend your free time on the beach, surfing, climbing, hiking, or biking, all of which is accessible in under an hour.

If you like city life, downtown San Diego and San Diego International Airport are only 45-minutes away and Los Angeles is less than a two-hour drive. We are also 15 minutes away from the Oceanside Transportation Center, where you can catch a coastal train north to LA, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo.

Job Description

We want a fast-learning developer who is anxious to learn on their feet and help our team continue their innovative progress in this industry.  If you’re the type of person that wants to jump in and start getting stuff done, you’re the one!

Responsibilities include: Designing, coding, debugging and optimizing both frontend and backend.  You will work on the implementation of our core product with new customers, working on internal and external reporting, interfaces and features; as well as working to improve our automated content display systems.

The products you will work on: At the core, our technology takes existing code or content, parses it to understand it (what each element is, what it relates to and where it belongs) and then is able to recreate that into thousands of layouts, placements, and designs on all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile web, native mobile apps).

Desired Skills and Experience

  • B.S. Computer Science or related (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience)

The Ezoic Platform:

This might mean setting up ad campaigns, segmenting audiences, building landing pages, planning email campaigns, and executing on projects that may include a mix of all of those tasks. You’ll also be coordinating with internal teams to develop strategies aimed at educating different audience segments we target.

Must be good at math, curious and able to learn quickly, and have experience working with digital campaigns in some capacity before.
